I've been a business owner for seven years.

I've had my fair share of setbacks.

And because of those experiences, I prioritize working on my mindset. On reading personal development books. On exercising regularly. On occasionally meditating.

But.

But sometimes, all the tools that are "supposed" to help you move through those setbacks just don't work.

Sometimes, no amount of motivational quote reading or positive affirmation speaking or walking outside can counteract a shit week.

Case in point - the week of October 7, 2024 for BrandRaise.
