When my business partner and I mapped out our services back in September 2023, we were confident and excited about our main offering: case statement design and development for nonprofits.
I brought brand expertise, she brought fundraising knowledge, and together we created what we thought was the perfect service.
Fast forward to today? We've realized we had it all wrong—but in the best possible way.
